Example 3 - Remodel of Master Bedroom, North Perspective.
Our Company transformed this 1928 three bedroom brick Tudor into a very special two bedroom home. Two adjoining bedrooms were consolidated into a master bedroom suite and various modifications and finishing work were performed throughout the remainder of the residence. A new hot water heating system was installed.

The floor, the shower and its bench are warmed by radiant heat, Tile, including the counter tops, are tumbled marble. The glass enclosed shower is a Company design.

(4) Living Room prior to work
Note that the lower portions of the windows flanking the fireplace are obscured by retrofitted cabinets.

Gone are the cabinets and fireplace surround, ceiling medallion, archway casings, and picture molding.

The Company designed fireplace has been converted to gas log. Floors are Swedish finish.

Completion
The new lights, including recessed ceiling cans and low voltage under counter fixtures, are halogen. The fan was disassembled, painted, and reinstalled. The home office installation was integrally wired for high speed internet, cable TV, and business phone and fax. A television is mounted inside cabinetry on an extending and articulating shelf.

(11) Completion
The cove molding has been removed and the wall-ceiling juncture recontoured to a radius.The radiator has been replaced with a flat panel unit and relocated. And, obviously, the ceiling light was replaced with a chandelier.

(12 )New heating plant.
This state of the art system maintains temperature room by room according to sensors and a computer program. Also hot water continuously circulates, providing constant temperature at all faucets.
