Example 3 - 2000 Restoration of 1910 Construction

This fully shingled colonial presented some challenges.  Ninety years is a long time for shingles lacking overhang protection.  Nevertheless the shingles were restorable.  Little actual replacement took place.

Our restoration provided the proverbial new lease on life.  The shingles are now repaired and protected by multiple prime coats, an elastomeric membrane, and acrylic enamel top coats.  These shingles and the home they sheath may now serve long into the home’s second hundred years.
