Typical of oversiding, components projecting out from the wall have been ripped away to provide a flat surface for residing. Gone are drip caps, outer window casings, and dental molds. |

Only a low railing was present in the original construction. Our Company’s wing wall railing structure was designed to meet current railing height requirement. |

Ten years of sun has produced some fading, and a new owner has revised the landscaping. Otherwise little has changed. |
